Reiwa Sake Cup

$200.00

Description
Handcrafted by Kamakura ceramic artist Kifumi Kawamura, this limited-edition Reiwa Sake Cup was created in 2020 to honor the beginning of Japan’s Reiwa era—meaning “beautiful harmony.”

Carved with the character 令和 inside the vessel, each cup carries a quiet sense of celebration and intention. This shape of sake cup is traditionally used for special celebrations, making it perfect as a meaningful gift or for marking significant moments with grace.

Each piece is individually shaped and finished, resulting in subtle variations in size, form, and texture—hallmarks of Kawamura’s handmade work. This piece was made exclusively for Ki-Chu New York and is available only in very limited quantities.

Dimensions
Diameter: 4 1/4" (10.9 cm)
Height: 1 1/4" (3.2 cm)
Sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the work.
