Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, size, or color variations.

We will, of course, take responsibility if an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Handcrafted Variations

Each ceramic or urushi (lacquer) piece is unique.
Subtle differences in:

• glaze tone

• texture

• shape

• kiln marks

• natural imperfections

are inherent to the handmade process and are considered part of the work’s beauty—not defects.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

• Avoid soaking and abrasive sponges.

• Do not use in the dishwasher or microwave.
