Handcrafted by ceramic artist Kifumi Kawamura in Kamakura, this sake cup reflects the quiet, natural beauty born in the historic climbing kiln, Kichuyo. The blue-white glaze spreads gently across the surface, softening into earthy tones where ash settled during firing. Subtle speckles and natural kiln marks give the piece a textured, atmospheric character.
Milky whites, pale blues, and warm clay tones blend gently across the surface, shaped by the movement of flame and ash.
The wide, open form and flared lip create a graceful silhouette that feels balanced in the hand. This sake cup can also be paired beautifully with the Duck Sake Carafe or Wine/Sake Carafe.
